This is a tribute to and parody of Henry Rollins, DJs, and rave/dance music in general. I love Henry Rollins' work, but I also love dance music, and felt the need to both defend DJs and yet at the same time prove Rollins' point - so I completed the track in a few hours, including uploading.
The idea was to make SHITTY rave music, not great rave music.
Groove Is In The Ghetto
This is a remix of Deee-lite's 'Groove Is In The Heart'. I wanted to try something a bit different from the usual dance-based remixes of this awesome pop classic, and give it a very different rhythm.
It is somewhere between a mashup and a remix, featuring 18 different samples, and no other original music (i.e. I didn't add anything of my own, only other people's work). Enjoy!
